NOTE: dogs with existing e-collar experience that require 'reworking' or 'fixing' will require more time and an additional fee. Before you DIY your e-collar training, we urge you to sign up with a certified trainer to assist you in using the e-collar correctly.

Does your dog have Reactivity, an intense overreaction to specific triggers -- such as other dogs, people or vehicles -- manifesting as lunging, barking or growling?
Reactivity is a spectrum. From the overly-friendly dog barking to see attention to a fearful dog barking to create space, we can help understand the basis of and reduce undesirable behaviors.

How to help 'Coach' your dog when faced with something exciting or scary

Single Lessons and Custom Programming
Single Lessons
You can get a TON out of one session. Especially when you want one specific skill. Single Sessions are 1-1.5 hours long.
Price: $200-250 depending on the skill
Custom Programming
Custom programming for specific interests, disc dogs, GRC prep, etc. please consult and we will make a plan specifically for your goals.
Private Training Program Scheduling and Policies
All programs must have a 15 minute phone consultation with Jo prior to program scheduling and purchasing.
All programs must be pre-paid in order to be put on the schedule.
Payment plans are available for The Basics: Foundations and Neutral Dog: Misfits Dog Programs. 50% is due at booking of your program, with the second 50% due 1 week prior to your first lesson. This gives you an opportunity to invest in your dog's training and also save until you are ready to start training.
Cancellations: Only 2 cancellations allowed per program. More than 2 cancellations and the program fee and schedule are forfeited.
No shows for confirmed program schedules: full program will be canceled and any fees are forfeited to the trainer.
Lessons must be completed within 6 months of the 1st completed scheduled lesson. Lessons will expire after 6 months, unless a medical concern a letter of consideration can be submitted.
All programs, and services are non-refundable.
